Rin thicker oil man. I have none of the rattle or clacking sounds at idle with 10w40.
Also At idle I average around 20hg.
Cruise control on I average around 15-10 at 80mph
Boost peak is right at 9-9.5 psi depending on how scorching hot it is outside.

I could try to come up with a home grown optical pulse generator to create a tach signal and clocked the RPM's on the pulley. Is any one good with pulley ratios to come up with the correct crank to TRD pulley turn ratio? I never attended physics class.

Looking at ya'lls #'s, I would say that my FAZE gauge maybe off by 2 Hg. Suffice it to say, if that s correct then I would be off 2 PSI as well. That would still only have me just cracking 7PSI with a 2 PSI deficiency.

I'll be 13's by october. I'll toss in the 12lb pulley when I figure out what engine management I'm gonna use. I'm just doing EVERYTHING else before that so I don't have to go for more than one tune.
Alphawerks headers are going in tomorrow along with my draxas exhaust (had to wait for the headers to get back from jet-hot). After that, I just gotta settle on which management I want to use to go with more boost.
I figure with engine management, a 12lb pulley, meth, lightened flywheel, headers and a full exhaust, I should be able to pull 13's pretty easily.
Err, well, as long as my fat ___ isn't driving
This winter I *may* do a rebuild with forged internals.
