yup that is why I am taking my time. By the time I am done with mine I will have a brand new 2010 or I might wait a year or so to see what will replace the tc.

Haha! Thats why when I was 17 I bought a civic hatchback for $2,000 and made it go fast. Forget a $15-$17,000 car!

i got a boosted tc and i'm only 17 lol...but i work from 8-6 monday thru friday all summer and like 3-7 during the school year at a computer shop

Umm.. am I missing something here? Maybe the xB's really are that different, but a used turbo setup (not eBay, Greddy), sensors, intercooler, piping, injectors, oil line, fluid changes and tune ran me about $2600.

I did have access to a facility to be able to do a self-install, me providing all free labor drastically cut down costs.

Since the tune, no codes and no issues.

For the tC turbos should be cheap, people are parting out Treadstone, Greddy, and Turbonetics to upgrade to PTuning or Dezod, you should be able to find some good deals in the classifieds.

this is interesting to see. i used to own the Treadstone kit. Contact them, they are good guys. I'm sure they'll help you out and figure this out.
