1. I thought it was made clear that you have to cut the bumper/crash bar, i have never heard the term crash bar before, maybe this is where the confusion arose. Their is one main picture on our website that shows the front of car with bumper beam cut. I will now include the text on our site.

2. We did not have clearence issues on 2 of the cars we first put kits on between turbo and radiator, but i will check clearences and look for a remedy.

3.Brackets will be manufactured for air filter on later kits

4.Oil line/silicone coupler clearence will be checked

I think there is still confusion on this issue. The metal crash bar has to be cut....everyone knew that. What he didn't know is that the plastic bumper that you bolt back on after the intercooler doesn't fit because of the charge piping going into and out of the intercooler. He had to cut that as well to make it fit.

I never read that it says to cut the bumper to make the Intercooler PIPES to fit only to cut the bumper to make the Intercooler fit. IE crash bar.

Also you need better pics on your site.

Want me to take some and send to you? the Finshed product, The pics are not even close to what I have on my car.

Depends on your tunner. We have been boosted for right at a year, and never had a Wideband. It's getting one now though, as I would like the best possible tune one can achieve, and that is only with a wideband. But that's not to say your car is going to blow up, just because you don't have a wideband.

You mean "without any management", but I was wondering this as well.

yes, 10 years little man.....!
Our maf adapter was engineered and manufactured to acheive proper air fuel ratios through out the entire RPM band. (Yes, i am an Mechincal Engineer) Anyone can manufacture and MAF adapter, but one that is tuned properly and matched to the injector size is called fuel management!
Also, who sells turbo kits with wideband oxygen sensor kits included? LOL

As far as the cutting of the bumper, it does require minimal trimming, i am very sorry i did not mention this on our site. Also from everyone i have spoke to about this in the past agrees that it looks awesome with the polished pipes showing!

ahhh...I see. This is similar to a Stage 0 setup, but with a FMIC.

The kit has its issues. Time will tell what kind of kit this truely is. My thoughts are there will be a lot of unhappy Treadstone owners out there. Have you seen the treadstone manifold is being sold on ebay by all kinds of sellers with intercoolers and chargepipes for 999.00. So treadstone is saying the MAF adaptor and injectors are worth 2000.00 HA

Who ever that is selling our manifold on ebay is putting together their own kit using our manifold. I guess thats what we get for selling the manifold seperately...lol

we will all just have to wait and see my friends....I have a feeling that this kit will turn out to be one of the nicer kits out there.
