Default Trouble Codes on T-Netics TC

I installed the kit 2 weeks ago, great results. No CEL for 2 weeks. Dyno run showed great A/F and correct boost. Power numbers are on point. The car still runs and drives perfectly but I now have a CEL. Three codes popped at once. P0102-Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input, P0113-Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input, and P0138-O2Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank #1 Sensor #2). As I said before, the car still runs perfectly and idles just fine etc but are these codes much to worry about? By the way, my AEM UEGO should be here in a few days so I'll take out the O2 sensors and take a look when I get it installed. Thanks in advance.

I haven't gotten those codes on my T'netics kit... I guess the only way that helps is to know that its not that common...?

I have much doubt that it is because of a faulty MAF because the car doesn't even have 20k on it yet and I assure you it wasn't contaminated during install. I might wonder if it has anything to do with the recirculating BOV combined with the 07+ MAF adapter/spacer that comes in the kit... It may be displacing air incorrectly as it enters the intake pipe. As far as the O2 code, I'm assuming that's common for turbo applications. The boss is installed so there's nothing else to screw up.

wow i got those same codes exactly and i dont even have that kit...i have a custom setup on a 06....and i got those codes when i first started it up after the install....i got rid of them by just erasing it with my scanner...but now all i have are o2 sensor codes being too rich...and thats because my signal wire on the o2 sensor in the s-pipe got ripped when i was changing the exhaust...also my car does stall when i first start it up...but i know all this has to be because of recirculating the bov

I've never had any issues with the car running or driving like it did before turbo. I just wanted to reassure myself that it's not gonna go boom before my wideband comes in. The 06 has a different MAF sensor as well. I don't know the extent of the difference but I know they don't have the same bolt pattern because mine needed that stupid, poorly engineered adapter...long story behind that. ugh

the MAF codes are probably related to your map, your tuner may have tried to clamp the MAF signal and did so incorrectly.

The O2 code may also be due to an incorrect O2 map that is trying to spoof the factory wideband/primary O2 sensor. However sensor #2 is most likely the heated oxygen sensor, so try the quick CEL fix for it -> clicky

All I know about the tune is with the engine light on, it still runs perfect and was pre-tuned before the install. It was not tuned after the kit was put on. This is an out of the box tune supplied via turbokits.com on the F/IC. As I said before, she runs like a champ and has no drivability/idle issues at all. As far as the O2 fix, the kit comes with a "boss" or an anti-fouler that was installed with the kit. As long as my A/F ratio remains good and she purrs like a kitten, I don't really care much about an engine light. I just wanted to see if these were common amongst turbo'd TC's.

As you can see, everything is where it should be on the dyno tune.
