i just purchase the tt twin scroll from playinwitfire. i was seeing who is running this manifold and what size turbo they went with and what is done to the motor. i just purchased je piston waiting on rods and sleeve block. i was just trying to see out there with this set up thanks for the info

 

another florida member nice.. idk whos runnin that mani off the top of my had sowwie.. but nice u doing full internals.. pistons,rods,bearings,headstuds? ull also need a head gasket.

 

well playingwithfire is using a gt3076r, any turbo will do as long as it has the right flange that mates up with the manifold, i believe that one is a vband connection.. built motor, so a medium to big turbo will be good for you

just remember that the turbo you use needs a divided housing for best results.

 

u think thaat gt 30 will be alil to small? the shop that works on m car said it would be alil too small n to go wit like a gt4088r. think its alil too big?

just remember you'll need to wait 10-12 months for your kit

oh and you might be able to put the cut out scion to use

 

gt30s should be good just get it well speced, gt40 is for very serious power and heavy engine build.. and make sure you rev at least 7500 to get most of the power band.. i suggest you look into precision turbos too

already got manifold, down pipe getting fmic and pipe prob next week from playinwitfire. i just need the turbo and lil stuff to complete the kit
