OK-

Well he we have it all now:

The BASIK
The Ver 2.1
The Extreme

Now there is the SIMPLE series from Turbotoyotas:

I said I would never make a TC kit with a log manifold...well I lied

Long story short......I was asked to make a group of guys a simple kit with a log manifold.

In the end it makes sense to offer it to the entire community, as all TC owners are not looking for the same thing. Well now I have all the bases covered. From SIMPLE to the EXTREME

SIMPLE kit:

-T3/38 flanged stainless steel log manifold
-Garrett T3/T4 turbo (choice of trim and ar)
-Tial 38mm WG
-BOV
-Intercooler
-2.5" aluminum chargepipes with couplers/clamps powdercoated black is standard
-3" aluminum intake pipe with maf flange and choice of K & N or AEM air filter powdercoated black is standard
-2.5" Stainless steel downpipe and s-pipe combo
-Oil feed/drain lines
-Vacuum block with fittings
-All installation hardware

Included "extras":

Choice of black or polished ceramic coated manifold/ dp and s-pipe/ turbine housing (all 3 will match based on color selection)

Kit price: $2400.00 + shipping

Fuel kit upgrade:

550cc plug n play injectors
AEM FIC
Plug n play adapter for FIC

$849.00

Total with fuel kit: $3249.00 + shipping

Options:

Pre-tapped oil pan: $125.00

For the show guys :

Polished manifold: $60.00
Polished chargepipes: $120.00
Polished Comp. housing: $60.00
anodized black intercooler: $100.00

THIS IS NOW THE MOST AFFORDABLE COMPLETE KIT ON THE MARKET

There is no modifications, no cutting...you just have to drill 3 holes:

2 for the intercooler mouting bolts
1 for the oil drain (unless you get the pre tapped pan)

Regards-

Todd

Why not an economically designed "tree hugger" kit with a low boost turbocharger, EPA approved catted downpipe that increases all around MPG by a good 20%, very reliable, looks nice and clean looking and can also be set to race-track mode using a digital boost controller, all for under $3,699 with EM and gauges? I'm pretty sure it would sell fast especially if it could run on 89 or lower gas.

I could add a EPA approved "cat" to the system if someone wanted it. (by no means am I in a position to go get CARB approval, but this is the kit I would do it with )

But there is no way to add 20% better fuel mileage with a piggy back ecu....not going to happen.

But with the AEM FIC and low boost....you can run 89

Is this in production yet and have the same "TurboToyotas" quality?

The GReddy kit I bought is almost all problems and like to "Crap-out" every two weeks due to boost leaks and sometimes doesn't start the first crank...

Yes, the 4 kits that started this whole process started yesterday.

Log mani's take about 1/8 time of the EL style...so production time is rather quick.

And 80% of the components that I have to make for all my kits are the same.....keeps things simple

And Yes, the quality is the same and is getting better

Depends on the boost....

But the same as any other manufacturers T3/T4 log style kit

I have base maps......but you need to get it tuned Its the only way to do it right

That's just it...I don't think there are reliable tuners here in South Dakota....
A couple things:
Would you guarantee the log from cracks?
FIC comes with software correct?
Wouldn't I also need to purchase a UEGO for the FIC to use it properly....sry i'm a newb but have been watching these forums for a couple years

Would you guarantee the log from cracks?
Everything that TT makes ie welds has a lifetime warranty

The log or any manifold will only crack for the following reasons:

Improper preparation----poor prep or no prep at all

From heat issues....due to a bad tune....too rich or too lean

Bad welds.....not enough penetration

FIC comes with software correct?
Correct

Wouldn't I also need to purchase a UEGO for the FIC to use it properly....sry i'm a newb but have been watching these forums for a couple years
You do not need a UEGO got it too work...but I do recommend getting an air fuel ratio guage and if you get the UEGO it will work with the FIC. Which is a good idea

With or without fuel management?

Almost impossible with...but just want to be clear.

Keep it coming
$2000 without and like $2450 with?
yeah yeah yeah i like those prices!! but still a good price at 2400... but why wouldnt it come with a pre-tapped oil pan, i thought that was a given with most turbo kits?
