harness for what? the injectors? or the emanage?
cause I got a set of 440cc injectors with the clips.

Well, just so you know, I was running the TT kit with stock injectors and no management for I think 2 weeks before I got tuned, so just keep it under 5K and you should be all right.

Let me know if you need anything.
Oh, and do you still want me to dremel your gauge pod?

I just can't wait to see how all those polished bits look!

oh well there u go. and i don't read books so its all good hahhahaha

yeah under 3k would be a good idea. as long as u don't go into boost u theoretically shouldn't require any more fuel than u would at n/a

if you have a 3" intake then your car will run very lean until you get it tuned. the maf probe wont go in far enough, and air will get around without the maf reading it. your tuner should easily be able to tune around it to make it run fine.

Bryan06tC
my car did the same thing. but i thought it was because i had only the stock injectors. i dont know much about the unichip. whoever tuned it should be able to help.

brett
ya i think all of the TT kits have 3 inch intakes. the sensor barely makes it halfway down.

todd says i shouldnt put my fuel injectors in until i am going to tune it/
can anyone explain why? why wouldnt the stock ecu be able to handle the bigger injectors? would it hurt anything by putting them in?
just asking because i dont understand

thats funny because when i asked todd if i could run my car with the 550 injectors w/o the emanage and run low boost.. pretty much only staying in vaccum till i tune and install the emange he said it would be fine????????

hmm i think its if fine putting the injectors when you have the emanage and running a basemap.. i dont know w/o emanage, yeah can the stock ecu handle it?

im under the impression that our stock ecu can handle up to 5-6 psi on its own.. but you have to make sure you run a good a/f gauge and keep an eye on it.. like i said im not fully sure but im 99.3% sure haha

Todd siad I could run without management at all at low boost with the 440cc. With 550cc, he said keep it out of boost and drive it to the tuners. But didn't you get 650cc injectors?

I'm telling you, your $hit will probably just bogg down. It'll dump to much fuel. The stock injectors are, what 370? The ecu does not know what to do with that big of injectors.

Consider this, with the SC, you need to reflas the ecu, and I think it only comes with 430cc injectors.

how come you never listen to me, dumbass!
