Turbo tC wont stay running when warmed up

the fuel trims that your talking about ranger is the fuel map and timing map...if you put your fuel map and your datalog of fuel trims next to each other youll see they are the same. all the datalog is showing is what point on your fuel map your on at a specific time.

ok update so far. i hooked up my laptop to the f/ic and opened up the existing tune thats on there. also i didn't modify anything.. just started it and it stayed running, that was last night and hasnt died yet.
it still has the other problems and idles at 900-1000rpm at idle now. lol just found it strange what happened.
i have an appointment on thursday to see my tuner for a full dyno re tune. not to mention getting a blow thrue maf setup finally

i go to Intec Racing down in Kent WA. Lawrence is the tuner/owner there. great guy, i'm kinda his first tC to tune, but hes done a good job so far, its been a learning process for the both of us, going off of each others finds. i dont complain cuz im learning alot, that and he cuts me deals lol..wholesale pricing on parts and discounted labor. im around there alot hanging out.
very friendly atmosphere and knowledgable
oh and another update. i was reading the aem f/ic thread here. and b_real 45 mentioned the injector pulse timing. it piqued my interest cuz i had seen mine before and it was ~760us, and he mentioned 1000us or so. he was having some of the issues that i had experianced as well. so i gave it a shot.
idles now way way better than is has during my troubleshooting. decently smooth and rpms are 700-800 in that range, no CELs so i went for a drive.
started out slowly, tested partial throttle cruising and it was acceptable.
tested stop and go and it didnt stall or sputter.
then lastly i gave it some wot in gears 2nd, 3rd and 4th. reached 0.53bar and took it to about 4k-4.5k rpm. constantly monitering AFRs.
there was no sign or reading of a lean afr now and actually it could use some leaning out on the top end. noticed that in 4th gear especially, wot with almost full spool would dance around 9:1 afr occasionly, never going above 11.5:1 afr which is good.. well the 11.5:1 is lol.
i'm going to talk to my tuner and hopefully it just needs a few tweaks on the tune

what happens when adjusting the irt it will either lean the map out or richen the map up depending on if you go higher in irt or lower from where your at. it doesnt change the values of the fuel map but it does end up changing the fuel output.
for example you can have everything tuned to your target afr with fuel trims being spot on tuned using 1000us value for irt. then simply change the IRT and watch what your fuel trims end up doing via scangauge...trims will change i promise you.
