thats backwards brother!! the wires should be facing the driver! your maf flange is welded on backwards! try take it out and zip tie it back in place and your car should start!

...half of me hopes you're kidding and half of me hopes that's actually the problem... yeah i just checked my camera phone to confirm and the wires are facing the front of the car... what the heck?! could that really keep the car from starting though?

 

and btw this may be jumping the gun but what would i have to do long-term if that's the problem? get a new pipe from Todd?

 

YES that would make your car not start!!!!!!!!!!!!! undo the screws and zip tie the maf on the correct way with the wires to the driver! im telling you it will work!!! DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!! if i fixed your car do i win a prize???? hahahahaha

my original maf flange was welded on backwards and had to zip tie it to the intake pipe till todd shipped me my new intake pipe! just e-mail todd and let him know! and he will get you another. mine is good to go now!!!

 

the car's in the dealership parking lot!!! haha brandon please don't get excited b/c it's making me excited and i can't keep getting my hopes up and then shot down!! haha... but you can bet i'll be back at the dealership at 7AM tomorrow morning when they open... oh sweet jesu i'm excited... CRAP i hope this works. i also hope i can sleep tonight.

most dealers close at 8 why would they be closed at 7 on a monday?

 

okay this is how it looks: (don't pay attention to colors.. just to denote wire presence)

as you can see, the wiring goes towards the front of the car before obviously turning and going backwards. i'm guessing this means it's backwards, huh?

i can gaurentee you this 100%, that if anything, that would make your car start, if somthing else is wrong you will now better be able to tell what it is! your car shoudl start though!!!
