sweet man. i was actually seriously considering going into navy aviation as a fighter pilot after getting my degree... it's so competitive though. who knows. anyway, that's off-topic. 11 hours until the service guys claim to have my tC MAF thing switched and spark plugs clean

the reason i ask is b/c i can get a great deal on the motor mounts... much better than the ingalls deal. and i heard they actually control the torque better, even if it ends up being a little rougher ride

Regardless look forward to hearing some good news.
but how would you guys feel about getting tubular steel motor mounts to reduce wheel hop instead of torque dampeners?
maybe like this...

Sorry you guys brought it up, though this would be a perfect place to share!!
Enjoy

hey guys... another possibility i just read about if my MAF rotation and plugs dont fix the problem:
is it true that if you damage one of the 02 sensors (is it primary or secondary?), the car goes into safe mode and runs super rich? i saw that on a recent thread in "drivetrain and power" in which the guy was putting black smoke out of his exhaust and someone talked about possible sensor damage causing the car to be in safe mode and run rich.. is this true or false?
