yeah.. i ordered my c-pillar bar 4 weeks ago. i've contacted them a few times, and only once have they gotten back to me. all they basically said was "oh it may have been overlooked. we'll check into it"

that was a week ago. still nothing. if i don't hear from them by tomorrow afternoon i'm going to call and demand that they make this right. it's unacceptable for me to have to wait a freaking month for a part that says "in stock." it's tenfold worse when they don't even contact me with status updates. they blow a big one in my book

 

If I had that sort of experience, I would not shop from them anymore either....the only time I had service like that was when I ordered from.......................zpi.......................

actually, i just mentioned this in Scott's "zpi stuff" thread...

I never actually ordered anything from ZPI...I had ordered my exhaust from some other company, can't remember who, but I THINK it was scionspeed, and I did not get anything for like a month. I called them, and they said they were on back order and they would sene me a shirt and hat for my troubles. Another month later I got my exhaust and I got a shirt and hat from ........ZPI....... wierd huh?

I was with him thursday night. He's playing ALOT of catch up and his wife was flying in town that night...got alot to deal with these days, but he'll getcha...

 

yeah i just saw that he's made a couple posts recently. i can't really complain too much given the fact that he's replacing my piping as part of the old design to new design upgrade that i'm getting. plus apparently i'm getting a goodie along with it, too

 

oh yeah ma goodies too.. i want his motor mount haha and ic pipe too
