i wish.. i'm on my laptop at the shop right now... EVERYTHING IS DONE BUT MY EMANAGE IS PREVENTING THE CAR FROM STARTING.. i'm using matt's base map. i have no idea why it's not starting. there are no fuel leaks, nothing physically wrong with the car. when the emanage is plugged in, the car just won't start. we unplugged the emanage to try the stock ECU and it started (but ran wayyyy rich b/c of the 550cc injectors). the firmware on my emanage is 1.49 and the software is 1.25. they are compatible, so the issue is with the tune itself. i also tried loading the greddy base map (for 440cc injectors) and it wouldn't start the car either. do we have to mess with jumpers or anything?

well, i think i figured out what may be the problem with the emanage settings... if the fuel maps are okay and the problem is purely on the emanage side, i think i figured it out. upon opening my emanage, i realized that jumper JP3 was on 2-3, not 1-2 as denoted on dezod's tech notes section of their website:

so, i changed jumper JP3 to 1-2 from 2-3. all of the other jumpers were in the correct places. hopefully this is the issue and i'll be up and running within a few minutes on monday morning

your PM made me sad when you said you think its my maps fault lol
sorry bro glad you figured it out though. it took chris like 3 days to figure it out lol

i know what you mean
chris went on this whole "i blame dezod thing"
and i was right behind him
we thought the harness was broke
my map will do fine on your car bro. the shop shouldve known about the settings though. they just might not have known what they were.
and you have 2 pm replys

btw i found the rotary settings.. they're hidden behind one of the faceplates.. also set those to the correct 4-2-2 sequence. we're officially good to go for a monday morning drive-away until further notice! i hope this is the last time my ignorance costs me turbo time
hahaha thats funny because i had the exact same problem tonight! we thought it was injectors and all kinds of stuff.. then we opened ryans and my J3 was wrong changed it and the car started fine! good luck monday.
question.. my car seems like its taking longer to start.. normal? i was kinda getting on it a little... i couldnt help it. thanks
