Cherry kit Rob; Looks like it would be overkill if he's just trying to get to 300 hp. How are you supporting the intercooler on the display block? I have one for shows until the motor is finished and need to prop the cooler up from underneath.[/quote]

The kit pictured in your post is not a DESCENDANT turbo kit. Our kit comes with a billet aluminum bracket system for mounting the front mount intercooler and is pictured below.

As for HP...our stage one kit is prime for that 300 number! At 8psi using our street-downpipe which uses 2 catalytic convertor & the OEM Factory Air Intake Box we typically see between 275-285 HP & 280+tq.

Yeah, until someone decides to release a dedicated EL kit for the 1NZ-FE I'm just stuck with making the most of what's out there. The 1gen xB behind it is mine, where it's eventually going in. Just wanted to put it up to illustrate the prop-rod I was having to use on the intercooler for displays. On your earlier kit your IC appears to be floating, upon closer inspection I see that the black prop rod was there but blended into the black carpet in the background. Thanks for posting the other pic to clarify though, it illustrates the rod much clearer.

Nice job on the recirculating BOV, don't see too many, definately makes a cleaner install and a better sleeper, plus less attention from the cops.
