Default Turbonetics customer service is AWESOME!!!

So I got my kit and installed it myselft a week ago. I had a few problems with it (install error, my bad!) and thought I had them all corrected. On thursday I noticed I was having a small, yet significant, oil leak from the oil drain flange. I went back to re-torque that bolt and a few others until "snap". The worst sound ever, a snapped bolt.
A buddy and I tried to backing it out to no avail...

Called Turbonetics @ 3:30pm and with their no fault,/ no hassle warranty program, it took em 3 minutes to confirm that a new turbo would be at my doorstep by 10am the next morning!!! (thanks Reggie) I even got a call that night to make sure I got it and everything was running up to par.

I hear a whole lot about ZPI and their customer service, a strong consideration for buying a turbo. But i'm telling you with what I received from turbonetics you can't argue that they don't have an awesome program for us...

So anyone who is debating on which kit to buy, don't count out turbonetics because you don't think they have awesome customer service!!!

After all, how many other turbocharger or heat exchanger manufacturers offer a full one-year “No Fault/No Hassle” warranty on their entire product line including product used in competition. No one but TURBONETICS stands behind their products like that! TURBONETICS has never taken the “one-size fits all” approach to performance turbocharging, we aerodynamically match every application and custom build each turbocharger to our customers’ request. This assures you will receive exactly what you want.

No they dont have awesome customer service. Maybe you didnt noticed that they forgot the oil drain flange gasket, thats why you're leaking oil. Also theyre missing the turbo inlet gasket. I did let them know about this, they kept on pointing me to different people to call. No replies from them whatsover if theyre going to send me gaskets. so their complete kit is NOT really a complete kit. I will not argue, just trying to put this out.

that wasn't my problem. I had the gasket and my kit was COMPLETE. What do you mean they were pointing you to different people to call?
Nothing is ever going to be perfect and i'm sorry that you're kit didn't include the gaskets.
There are plenty of examples from other companies not returning calls on ordered products or "soon to be released" items. It happens. If you still need the gaskets or aren't getting 100% satisfaction from Turbonetics PM me...

turbonetic does have great service. its kinda of hard reaching Reggie or Tylor, but when you do get a whole of them they will take care of you. If you're missing something, they will get it to you in great time frame. if you have a damage item they will replace with little to no question ask.

take care of you is right. i will say it is easier sometimes to get a hold of someone from a smaller based company that only deals with a few makes and models. but you can't beat the experience and budget of T-netics.
Heck, the produced the first sport compact car to break 200 mph!!!

I'm sure they have awesome customer service. You need to when you have a product as delicate as a turbo system.

I can also vouch for turbonetics. I am fairly new to the scion game, but not the turbo scene. I have had nothing but great experiences with them,
