turbonetics wastegate
Ok so i finally had a day off an called turbonetics to see how to adjust this waste gate, (horrible customer service) they told me that as long as i have the red sping in there it will hit 9lbs, but then rangerda told me it is adjustable, so then wat do i do i just want it 2 be set on 9lbs! haha
here are the pics

Wat do i do with this to max it out move the bolt to the top or bottom?

also there is a vac port on the botton an one at the top, the top is just empty so i leave it likt that? or wat is the top one for?
Thanx!

The top one is for running a boost controller to change your boost setting instead of using the adjustable portion on the top of the WG. You are basically just adjusting the "pre-load" of the spring on the WG. If you are not using an external boost controller (manual/electronic), then you leave the other port open with nothing on it.
My guess would be if you kept the nut and screw assembly off of the WG, you would have to plug the hole and then you could run whatever spring pressure you wanted to based on the spring inside the WG. I'm not sure why but Turbonetics discontinued the non-adjustable WG so I don't know how they wouldn't have an answer for your question.
From what I remember, if you run the screw portion down further, you will make more boost and the more you back it off, the less boost you get. You just have to dial it in until you reach desired boost level.
