i was just wondering how many of you guys/gals with a turbo kit on your car have told your insuance company about it, and if you did, did your premiums go up? if you dont tell them about the turbo kit are they required to cover it if say u got into an accident and it was damaged?

 

i went to my insurance company (state farm) and i was N/A at the time. I wannet to purchase aftermarket warranty from them, 2 days later i got a call about getting my insurance cancelled within a few months)

honestly i wouldnt go to them bro, and wait for other replies here in this thread.

 

If you go with Progressive like Me....You don't have to worry about this. They have a $5k dollar option for Additional parts and equippment. Which is what we have on our policy. After that, you can go to separate insurance companies that will insure just little stuff.
