Default TurboToyotas for tC

Did anybody buy turbo from TT? I was wondering how good it is cuz I saw their price list and their price is excellent for awesome power. I would buy it from TT if I got the money but at the same time ZPI is also good.... I wouldn't mind buying the Stage 1 turbo GT but I really don't know if it is a bolt on application cuz it runs over 300 whp. Sound unsafe for the stock engine.

There's a guy in PP that is selling a brand new ZPI stage 1 for 3650 now. That's a great deal - I'd jump on it if you're thinking of getting that!

Wow, thats a great deal but ZPI stage 1 only do 300 whp thats all and TT have like over 300 whp or is it the same? I heard that TT stage 1 GT Garrett turbo can simply add good features or change some mods to increase power on that turbo in the future. I don't know if this is true.

I heard that Dezod turbo was tuned by Rippmods made the turbo pull harder in 275 WHP. I dunno if this turbo spools faster than TT's GT over 300 whp turbo. I wish I was rich so I can buy both and see the different haha.

Well, the amount of power is up to you really if you get a boost controller with it. The 16g turbo is good for 20psi or so, and it gets there REALLY fast because it's small. It's capped around 11-12 in the kit for safety reasons. You don't want to blow out the rest of under your hood because the block isn't fortified for 20psi...

One of customers in the NYC area was tuned by Ripp for 8 PSI on our S1 kit and produced 275whp. He loves the kit and videos where posted today of it on here.

Furthermore, our S1 turbo is good to 400HP, the intercooler is good to 450HP etc. It is definitely an expandable kit for sure! Ask anyone who has our S1, the lag is non-existent and power is almost instant.

Also here is his 275whp sweeping speedo on our S1:

Then, by far, our WORST sweeping speedo shot is held by Jeff our built auto guy on 13 PSI:
