It's a shame yall didnt buy a Ny-Trex kit from SuperFa...so far out of all the customers we've had there have been no questions about installation. I guess that's the differance between a universal kit (like all of them) or a custom kit specifically built for you car like the Ny-Trex. If I knew the answer I would give it, but we use a mechanical momentary switch for reliability. Totally different.

I would rather have and digitally controlled switch than a mechanical one. It 1999 baby. Get with the times . Really though, I chose Zex because the Purple matches my gun.

First time I've seriously thought about n2o on any of my cars and just want a lil something to play around with to start out with.

hey guys i got my zex wet kit installed yesterday at this performance shop and everything with a purge, today i used my nitrous and didnt really feel anything, it felt like how my car is without it, last night when we tested it it was very noticeable, but now i dont feel it, i even raced my friends 08 328i and he destroyed me, i would think id be close to him if anything, do you think its possibly that i didnt put the colder spark plug in? also my purge line doesnt have a nozzle in it and we used the purge alot, i called the shop and they told me maybe my bottle is empty? but how could it be empty if i can still purge and a great deal of nitrous shoots out??? any ideas??

You still have a little left in the bottle, but the pressure is down and almost empty. Purge is just for showoffs. My Mustang handles a 200hp shot just fine without a purge. Everytime you purge it's like shooting a 500hp shot into the air. Wastes a lot of gas.

Go fill your bottle and your car should be fine.

ok i found the problem, i think, so i was at an auto store and they wanted to see my purge, so i turned the nozzle to open the bottle and than u hear from my engine bay a tssssssssssssssssssssssss, so there was a leak on the line, so right now i just tightened it and i turned the bottle on again and no noise, so hopefully that was it, i also just put my spark plugs in, its 1 step colder copper ngk v-power. so tonight i guess im gonna try the nitrous out, wish me luck

^^ all depends on how much u use it, i have the zex wet kit and ive had it for about two months and ive only refilled my bottle twice. i dont really use it too much unless i race it at the track.

Nitrous is not like the movies where it slams you back in these kind of cars...but you should still know if it's working. Nozzle placement is very important.
