Default (very)basic S/C questions

Well I have an 06 and I want just a little more when I hit the gas

I was looking at the TRD supercharger for about $2k

What else will I need that is NOT included in the kit?
I know I will need to get the ECU flashed, about how much does that cost?
I know prices can change depending on where you live.

The car is an auto so I dont feel that a very extensive setup is needed. Plus I dont plan to keep the car for ever.

Anything you guys can think of thats not in the kit that TRDsparks sells?

thanks

Don't forget the s/c fitment kit for an a/t, $49.50.

Well, if you're not keeping the car too long, why go s/c and not just stay NA? How long do you plan to keep the car?

all you need is the supercharger kit, and the a/t fitment kit
that is all you need, everything is included. the reflash module is in the kit.

you do not need anything else to safetly run it.

I hate to say it but for people like us, turbo is no different.

I had a 575rwhp 76 Stingray before I got married. If I drove it every day, by the end of the summer it felt slow and sluggish. ...sure enough next spring when I'd take it out again it was a monster.

I have a kawi zx6r, the more i ride the slower it feels. Put it away for winter, bring it back out in the spring and I'm ____ing myself from the power. Supercharger does the job alright, gives the car a little more ***** so you dont have to worry about soccer moms in huge suv's blowing you off at the line.
