Good job moppin up CRX. They're pretty quick for the money but that's about it. Time to move on to new things lol (CRX owners).

Yeah but a car worth a grand should be fast if you end up spending 5 times what it's worth on the motor. It's a poor man's drag car which is cool and I respect it. Cheap and light is a good combination for most kids.

 

u can build a nice looking fast K series car and not spend much.. less then 8-10k and can have a bad ___ looking car with *****. a b16 aint much these days... atleast another large b series to start off with would have been better. (granted i know ppls wallets arent large at times) but still.. your gonna play you gotta pay ...

 

Because this was during the Import Alliance Event. Of course I'm going to have my camera on me.

I think the most recent race with a car pushing close to 400whp was with a two brothers who are twins. They drive a 300zx TT that dynoed 384whp. We were dead even, so no loss or win, but tie.

Nice Vid, your car pulls pretty hard, 10K will get you a Turbo K Series and you'll be running 11's on street tires, I don't hate on Hondas, I used to own one, I still like them, why does everyone hate so much?

 

not to mention its most likely OBD0 and running on a stock ecu

reason why i really started staying away from Honda scene is everyone does it dirty, always see half assed civics and teggys everywhere

but we do have a handful of nice hondas round here

 

Yea, def. see a lot of half ___ hondas/acuras, but when done right they're the best bang for the buck around, and parts are in abundance

 

nice one, but yeah crx are cheap to mod and easy to make fast, its super light to prolly that one thing.. your turbo kit for the tc alone will get you the car itself haha

and oh the race against RB20DETsx is pretty close

 

If they are kool people, I don't hate because they have a Honda...just for the record.

By the way, Louis (guy with the CRX in video), has a tC with a ZPI Stage 0 for those who are just joining. He is building up his motor presently. It's all stripped out and laying in pieces, until money provides him with some upgraded internals.

But yeah, like I was saying, I go by the individual, not the car itself. It just so happens that 8 out of 10 Honda owners you come across are ricers or arseholes.

 

Oh yeah, that was a good close race. That's the kind I enjoy. That race was back when I was on 7 -8 PSI.
