Warm Weather Projects/Advice
As I do not have a garage, my car projects have been put on hold until it gets warm. But in the mean time, I've been trying to plan out and start to purchases the things I need. I had a few questions regarding some of the potential projects that hopefully you guys might be able to help with.
First off I'm putting on a P-Tuning turbo back exhaust (which is sitting in a box in my room). I also have a slight exhaust leak in the header, that I am attributing to the gasket (reused the original one when I put the kit on). I was thinking about replacing it with the dezod gasket, which I believe I would require longer studs for. What would be the advantages over a stock gasket?
Also, since my the exhaust side of my turbo and headers have begun to rust (I think the former owner used a cleaner on the headers that ruined the finish), I wanted to paint them why they were off. I've read something about Jet Hott, who from what I understand will take it apart jett coat it and put it back together for you. It seems like it would be costly though. Does anyone else have any suggestion on other options? Also, any suggestions on color? I was thinking blue to match the accessories in the turbo kit for the exhaust side of the turbo, but don't want it to look too ricey. Was thinking a polished crome like finish for the headers.
Next, since I will need a re-tune for the exhaust, I was thinking about turning up the boost to 8psi as well. If I'm turning up the boost, I'm pretty sure that I will be over the clutch threshold. So I was wondering what people would suggest for clutches. I am guessing I will end up around 250 wHP and don't plan on going over 275 (thinking about doing water meth in the future). I read good things about clutch masters 3 (which I believe would cover that power range) and seems to retain a close to stock like pedal feel (which I would like). Unfortunately, it seems to be the most expensive. Are there any others that I should consider? Also, I'm planning on getting the fidanza 9lb fly wheel.
Lastly, I was planning on reciruclating my BOV (a greddy rs). I know the recirculating will help with rich mixture after blow off, but was wondering if it would help with turbo lag between shifting? Also, are there any negatives to recirculating? Lastly, I saw there were multiple size attachment for the RS (to recirculate) from about 12 MM to 34 MM? Is the biggest the best? Or is there a certain size that would be appropriate for my set-up?
Sorry for such a long post and so many questions.

hmmmm, no replies........are these stupid questions? I know some of this information is probably out there already, but I have had a tough time successfully finding it using the search function.
No negatives to recirculating, it shouldn't really help much with the lag, the rich mixture though that it will help. As for the size, i'm sure its just so that you can use a different size hose so either size will work the same, just get the one that will be easier for you to work with. From what I have seen the stock clutches are taking a good beating and still doing strong, the clutch you get should depend on your torque numbers and not the hp numbers. The jet hot is expensive, but its the only thing that will work because of the temperatures in the header.
