Wat is this?
Wat is this inbetween those two gold bolts?
when u move it it moves something inside the turbo housing.. is it sometype of internal wastegate?

thanks
its a garret 50trim with .58 ar

If that is a .58 AR than it is probably a t4 flanged turbo in which case you probably got that of of a diesel. Usually wastegate flappers are on the other side of the housing but on garrets they are not usually part of the housing at all.
If you took this from a diesel (which I am making an educated guess) then this turbo is a VATN turbo. Which means it has a variable actuated turbine nozzle. There are a second set of turbine blades inside the housing which change pitch to make best use of the available exhaust energy. Very common on diesels where load is kind of a problem with no throttle blade and what not.
Did you take this from a ford power stroke?

I mean if i remove it an have it welded shut will i be able to use it on my car?
Do not remove it.
That is your wastegate, technically.
You can't use it without the diaphragm actuator or the VATN solenoid. It's pretty much useless.
I will take it off your hands though for $60.

iv worked on three ford diesels...one i remember had a 1.(something) housing (think it was a 94-95 power stroke)...all three had very large housings with one that i can remember having v-band connections. idk if that helps or not...im sure ford had many different turbo styles that they used but all were garrett.
