I don't see why the BOV would open at 2 psi if it weren't a problem with the BOV or the vac line going to it.

 

man I have no clue honestly im getting it towed to a shop

 

well turns out it is the MAF, it had a bad connection shop is taking care of it for me

 

well DUH lol i told you all along but glad its all geeting taken care of, how much they charging?

 

yeah but everytime I tested it it still acted funny, he tested it once and it was fixed lol

they got me a new MAF for 98 and installs free. they are also doing a boost leak test and fixing any leaks and giving the car a good over look, told me in all it would be about 175

just to add things up... standard hourly rate in most shops is 95/hr

Maf=98 dollars +95 for the hour charge of labor...that makes 193

then the boost leak test is another hour charge....so ur looking at 288 for just that stuff lol

yeah if you ever in the raleigh area Mayhem Motorsports is the place to go. there hourly rate is only 75, they also sponsor NC State University car club that im VP of, so i have no problems taking it to them especially since they work so well with me. Hopfully this is the last of my problem

 

btw id love to see your car on ptunings dyno..curious to see the numbers

many will say that, but it reads accurate...compared to dyno jets and other such dynos ptunings dyno ready 12-15 percent lower which is accurate

 

what dyno is it mustang?

 

no sir...even lower than a mustang dyno...

DYNO DYNAMICS aslo known as the heart break dyno

 

id say so lol

there is so much flux in dynos anyway I base more of my cars performance on my 1/4 mile times

 

its the trap speed that really gives the hp ratings away
