Default What to do if I go s/c ?

So I never had any f/i car before. Always just stock Toyotas with i/h/e. Now I'm plannin to up the mods a lil bit and go with s/c. Now what do I have to do when I get my s/c installed by the dealership ? Are there some extra parts that I need to concider ? I see some ppl mentioning some oil catch can or something like that, what is it ?
Also what's that pulley ppl mention ?

If u could spent few min and explain me the maintenace of S/C and maybe some additional parts to look at I'd apprecioate it. Always been in Toyota family so best if someone from the same family explains it from me.

sup, all u do upgrade to nst sc pulley and header also mmw sc intake that'll bring you to around 240 + whp and you'll be happy. If not add zex nitrous 55 shot to your supercharger that'll give it a 300 whp boost like red bull ahhh ight...

1. The pulley will void the S/C warranty if something goes wrong and you need service from the dealership.

and

2. You better know what you're doing before you add some spray to your car. Ugly things can happen.

Yeah lets say 40whp, still good.
I'm in Canada gents so any F/I is illegal here, it's so strict here that u pray that u don't get pulled over by some f*** officer that will start handin out tickets starting lets say with a sticker on window as obstruction of view.

Anyway s/c i can pass as dealership installed accessory by Toyota.
Plus i drive for pleasure and reliability so I don't need 300whp so I can whooosh at every civic that passes me and race like an idiot every chance i get.

run it stock with a header or just buy a turbo. Also make sure they do the trd reflash.

the stock ecu has to be reprogrammed for your warranty to be valid and for you to pass emmisions. I wrked at a dealer that didnt do it on a few cars they installed the s/c on

So basically leave everything stock, don't bother with anything other than exhaust and make sure they reflash ecu with trd package, right ?

yeah i'd do a full exhaust header and all to make as much pwer as possible. Alot of people on here have had good luck with the pulleys but if the s/c blows up (which alot have on here) you SOL. The intake is very questionable, if its so great why didnt toyota build it like that? You have to remember the size and shape of the maf pipe (where the maf sensor mounts on the intake) determines alot of what the ecu sees and how it adjusts the a/f ratio. Its not just some pipe. Personally i dont trust it to anyone other than injen or fujita niether of which have a intake out for the s/c.
Zpi did a dyno (n there site) of the s/c with everything stock and just removed the lower half of the airbox(basically the part that makes the intake quieter) and gained some surprising hp. Id do that and it doesnt void your warranty.
