Default Whats required for 11.5psi on the s/c

I am trying to decided between an air to air vs an air to water setup, but what else will i need besides the 11.5psi pulley, belt and intercooler. Also already have a/f gauge and aem fic.

2 steps colder spark plugs or the ones that came with s/c will do?
550cc injectors enough?

Yeah you definitely don't need an intercooler, a water meth injection kit will work fine. Get a tune and if possible, switch out your seals in the sc. They starting busting at even 9.5 so yeah. The plugs are fine, and yes bigger injectors. 550 might be too much? Maybe some 440's?

Oh okay. Just remember that there's some PSI loss. Im not sure how much it is though, some say 2, some say 1.x. but sounds good. Replace the SC seals if you haven't already before you do anything. It'll be a pain if you do it after all that stuff is in. Good investment ahah.

If they are the stock seals, trust me they will give way with 11.5 PSI. The stock seals suck and the best thing to do is contact kikcaffine for the double sided OEM seals. My seals and a whole bunch of other 9.5PSI SC's end up with busted OEM seals. PM Kik. His stuff is so great haha.

Bearings are awesome, if you find out you have a stock seal, please change that out lol. I can 100% guarantee you'll blow it. Just a heads up, not to sound mean! It sucks when it happens, so a warning is nice lol.

Anyone else want to comment on the injector sizing? I figure since 550cc pnp are readily available it is the way to go. As long as it won't cause a problem I am guessing that is my best bet.

Go here. http://www.deatschwerks.com/catalog/ There is a link on there that will tell you what injector size (approx) you will need to run. If you're looking at 240-250 HP, I think 550's are too big. Check it out.

Well that calculator estimates 450cc, are there any pnp 450 cc injectors for the tc? I've only seen the 550 ones on dezods site.

Call the guy tuning your car and see what he suggests. I'm pretty sure 440's will work fine with your car, but yeah contact mr. tuner.

intercooler is not worth it, imo.. if your going to do one do water to air..

second of all... your going to need at least 550's to keep duty cylces down as s/c's love fuel. and 550s with our stock pressure regulator wont go past 11.5 psi!

AEM Fic for tunning.

Yet if you really wanna go fast i would reccomend using the emange ultimate and raising the redline a little 6700 rpms..

Hit me up if yo u need any help!

air/water setup is already in the works, battery moved to trunk, all thats needed is the plumbing for the air and water. Looks like i will be going with 550cc injectors as the aem fi/c can compensate. Also it looks like i need to use 2 steps colder plugs than n/a. Does that sound right to you guys?

Hey princess.

You have the double walled seal, 2 steps colder will work, you dont really need bigger injectors. Your car will run and idle really ____ty with 550's. Keep the stock 410's in it. You will be a-ok with that set up.

Wuv you.
