Default ZPI

I'm new here. I'm not a post nut and I usually post on other boards all though I do read here quite a bit. Anyways before I post anyhing else. I wanted to know if anyone has had any bad experiences w/ ZPI. A lot of people seem to praise them. but I know of a guy who basically got shammed.
What are u guys experieces w/ them?
Just curious for now.

Basically, He paid for a built motor, turbokit and tuning. What he got was a stock motor, one of the worst turbokit installs I've ever seen, shotty tunning, a hole in his block, and not to mention how far he had to ship the car to them. Then to top it all off, after the motor blew up, no one at ZPI would return or answer his calls.

I Dont believe that. ZPI is a great company. How long ago did he have this done?

...Maybe he had his work done @ Scion Speed?

UPDATE. Third Party Incorrect Information...

The source was a roommate who, with his boss at his shop as well, have now apologized for the incorrect info.
