don't worry any gasket you "need" you can go without until you can get it or you can just leave it

i dont remember perfectly,

but i think he told the wastegate BOV was shot (most zip 0 does that)

so it's either you buy a copper gasket or just connect them straight up.

ditto on the manifold, after mine cracked i had kenny look at it and he cut my mani also to give it room for expansion.

wastegate gasket is fine, just use copper gasket sealent

Couldn't give you a price. It was free for me. Well, minus the cost of gas to get where I was going.
