Gotta love MN - typically highest octane you can find is 92.

Too bad I'll have to wait until at least a few days after the 4th.

Now can you guys belive that a supercharger will beat a stage 0??
glad to see your finally boosted though...congrats, you have the patience of Ghandi.

wait, I thought that 203 whp is on a Dyno Dynamics. The purple line is the Dyno jet #'s which is high than the Dyno Dynamics. We all know DD reads lower than Dyno jet.

Nope, 203 is the dynojet adjustment (roughly +15%). Dyno dynamics read about 179. (Gross.)

I see. However, as engifineer said, you can't look at a dyno # and say, oh, "I told you the S/C is the same/better than a Stage 0" (simplyScion), when 200whp on a turbo is different than 200whp on a S/C. Boost is going to come on differently, and I'll put my money on the turbo.

As for your contest, your S/C wasn't even stock for one. And 2nd, who knows if your boy was brake boosting when you did it from a roll (as you never showed proof, accept for your written comments).

I also beg to differ that you will only see 10whp with an exhaust upgrade. You can get 8-10whp with an exhaust upgrade with just a N/A tC. It's not going to be the same gains under F/I. Your going to see more like 15-20 gain. Unfortunately, you will not be able to do your exhaust on the same day and dyno, weather, etc. settings change.

PS...on a side note, I find it very funny how when someone reports lower # readings on their Turbonetics kit (as it's been read many, many times being low), that there is something wrong with the dyno or the tune. Oh, but when a ZPI kits reads lower, well, the bashing starts about how the kit is crap, and your car is crap for getting that kit..and yadda yadda yadda. When we all know who has been, and STILL is the fastest kit in the Scion Community.

I agree - I'd go to the track (if my setup wasn't near the red) and "talk" about it there. Otherwise the debate would be endless. Nothing like pointing and saying "Scoreboard."

BUT... that's not what we're talking about here... the temptation is hard to resist but pretend my kit is a ZYX kit if you have to for the time being.

So long as it's "hot as crap" outside the dyno conditions will be fairly similar. I got burnt like.... a S/C tC.... muhaha

unless you can read fuel and timing tables I wouldnt touch it...I always see people on here talking about tuning the cars themselves and thats a real scary situation for their motors if they dont know what they are doing

Yea, even lucky enough to get the trademark Streeter Bug Splat - that's +3 on the dyno you know.

I don't know how much I would trust those afr #'s. Did they put a sleeve on the tail pipe with the sensor in it? That's not the most accuarate way to do it, it works good on bigger motors but not as well on 4 bangers.

The first time I dynoed my car it was showing afr's in the 15-16 range wot. The tunner was like "wtf, ther's no way my base tune can be off that much". He changed out the wideband sensor and we got some WAY better numbers.

Sensors do go bad and rarely do tuners ever take afr's from the downpipe like they should.

Glad to see you finally got your kit though, good luck.
