it is a turbo concepts wastegate and you will have to buy the wastegate hose and the clamps for the oil return those dont come with the kit.

Can I get the vacuum hoses at any auto parts store? Where do I run them? Same place as the BOV? What kind of bolt on kit is missing some hoses to complete the install?

OK, everything is in except the heat exchanger for the liquid intercooler and the exhaust after the s pipe. Problem with the exhaust is the s pipe outlet is banging against my front sway bar and I want new bolts. On to the crappiest problem I've ever seen. Started the car with only an s pipe and idles fine, but then the weld on the oil pan for the bung starts leaking. Any ideas on how to fix it? Can the guy that welded it even fix it now that it's on the car and full of oil?

^^Try any type of silicone sealant or equal type solution? Or you can just NOT cut corners and as much as you would hate to, take the pan off and do it the most secure way. Sometimes doing it the tedious way pays off in the end.

i had the same problem with my oil pan from zpi. clean the area around the bung very well, then apply a good amount of jb weld. it will hold better and ouslast rvt silicone. i also had the same problem with my zpi s-pipe. make sure that the flanges on the downpipe, and s-pipe are aligned perfectly.

Thanks for the suggestions. Went with the JB weld and no more leak!!! Anyhow, now the gasket on the wastegate is blown and leaking very badly. Will this cause hesitation, because I get a little under 3k RPM's. Anyhow, staying out of the bosst til I get new gaskets. Do you guys know where I can get some? ZPI is pretty unavailable.

Well I just talked to Engine Logics and they said they can cut me a custom one for 15 bucks. Gonna go talk to them and about tuning with emanage too.

jeff and i run tial 44mm wastegates, not 38mm. they are v-band flanged so we dont need gaskets.

you dont need a custom gasket either.

After speaking to some other tuners... They claimed that we don't need a gasket, two machined surfaces with a retaining ring in the middle is all you need. Threw in some copper spray for good measure. The car is up and running minus the emanage, the liquid intercooler works like a dream, mildly hot before the intercooler, lukewarm after and it pulls almost twice as hard. All things being considered, this was my worst car install experience yet. Next time I'll pay $500-$1000 to have someone put it in. Pics soon to come, but my engine bay looks like poop.

Thanks for all the support. Go ZPI!!!

Gonna take some pics tonight. Got a question about intercoolers. For those of you with FMIC's, is the charge pipe after the intercooler cool to the touch after running hard?

So Kenny and Chris put my car on the dyno yesterday. Got up to 211 hp and 210 lbs of torque. My car is only running 5 lbs of boost. Next up, bigger injectors and more boost... LOL

Read all the stuff. I don't know what's going on back in KY. I just hope everyone gets what they paid for and no one goes to jail.
