I have a 07 scion tc used. After pulling out the pioneer deck I see three harnesses. One which looks to be previously spliced.
Cyan - Labeled Blue
Blue - Labeled Blue
Purple - Labeled Blue
Orange - Labeled Blue
Green - Labeled Red

And a hole bunch of untouched wires.


The next harness appears to be untouched
Red
White
Brown
Yellow
Thin White Wire


What is what? I am extremely confused trying to hook up my Line Out Converter.

 

somewhere on this forum you can find a pdf file with the wiring diagram for the car... including the headunit and the harnesses for the car.

try looking in the tech section...

 

Wow I so put the worng colors in my original post.

The spliced wires according to the wiring diagram go to my front speakers... Why they are tapped into, I dont know. The colors that were previously spliced are: pink, purple, green, blue and it looks like a thin gray wire.

So I'm guessing I want to tap my LOC to the red, white, brown, and yellow harness.
