I replaced my driving lights in my headlights (the little bulb that's in the same housing as the high beam) with LED's and now the one went out. Could I just take the bulbs out all together and plug the empty socket end back in there? I don't want the regular stock ones in there because they look stupid next to my HID lows. Any help would be great.

 

Yeah you can, I currently don't have any bulbs in there.

 

some electrical tape over the socket would be a good idea....

one can never be too safe...lol

 

yeah or just get cheap single wide angle led bulbs. not bright but better than yellow + hid low beams.

 

I have 8000k HID's in my 08'... I put a pair of Polar G 194 bulbs in there and in my license plate lights... IMO it looks good...
