Default 08 Scion Premium Stereo Skin Download?

Hey everyone,

I just purchased an 08 premium stereo for my 07 tc.
I heard that you can download and change the skins and videos that are played on the unit, but where can you download them?
And how do you get them on the unit??

Thank you for your help

Go here and download the software.

http://pioneer.jp/car/oel_screensave...l/index_p.html

Then you can burn your file to a blank cd and put the cd in the player and it will download it.

once you've downloaded your own skins into the stereo, you cannot delete them without disconnecting the battery for quite some time (part of me thinks that that doesn't even work). So I kept an image if the cd, so if you don't like one of the skins any more and want to delete it, you can create a new one, and just name it the exact same as the one you don't want, and it will replace it.

worry about getting the software and creating the skins, and getting them into the HU. then after that, my post will make more sense.

no problem. i have a tendancy to ramble on in my posts, and they sometimes don't make sense to anyone else but me. but i'm glad it worked out for you.

i grew up in bothell, but i work in downtown bellevue and am there more than i am anywhere else. newport is really nice now that they got the remodel done.

Alright, this is my first time here so go easy on me-

I went to the web site listed for the custom skins downloaded the software and everything. I thought i was doing everything right. When i put the disc in my cd player, however, the only thing that happened was a message saying "no music" came up. SO i guess my question is- should the skins be downloaded automatically when the disc is inserted, or is there something else that i have to do?

yo benj
just follow these steps and you should be set:

Downloading the CD-R
1. Turn the power to “OFF” position, and then press MENU and MULTI SELECTOR at the same time.
2. Insert CD-R and Download. Automatically downloads the created or downloaded data.
3. After the download has finished, press EJECT
