Does anyone know if the new 08 sub will fit in a 05 and is it avilable as a kit anywhere that includes wires and everything needed to install. I'm not looking to put this huge box in the back, I carry to much stuff.

im not too sure if it will fit but its pretty weak. if you turn it up a little bit it sounds pretty bad.

 

yea u would be better off buying a 10 inch sub. The factory sub is only 6 inches and it is mounted next to the spare tire.

i dont think much of the trunk has changed since 05 and the 08s. i believe that the rs2 had the same subwoofer, and that was an 06 or 07 of which im sure they havent changed since the 05. but id say buy a 10in sub to put there since youd get more power out of it
