that is the nicest setup i have ever seen. I've been wanting to do that, but could never find a place to get a pc, and then even how to get all those programs, and hook it up. Very nice though!!!

thanks for all the great comments guys!!! I appriciate that :D

@2muchtc - visit mp3car.com, the noobie section, its where i started ;)

@sci-on - im not sure what you mean what am I using? its a custom built computer with custom fabricated monitor mount using a touchscreen lilliput monitor running windows xp and centrafuse for the car-pc part

@davedavetC and peteyd - meh... costs about $1200 when all is said and done you gotta do everything yourself though!

question what HU are you using or did you completely eliminate the radio???

I'm planning on using these for my project

Lillput touchscreen for $250 or $190 for a Super 7 touchscreen

Mini ITX Motherboard with built in 64mb graphic + mobile Athlon 2800 for $79.98

1gb ram $50

spare 160gb - FREE

M2-ATX 160w car powersupply - $89

and other spare part i have left from my old desktop dvd, usb hubs, extention etc...

what do you think of my setup will the M2-ATX be strong enough to power all the equipment???

+1. For 1200, that's way better than dvd/navi. And it has more options!

mike6789k: Where did you place the computer and all that?
