Default Alarm for TC

I just had the RS1100 OLED by Autopage installed but a couple things bothered me and and I wanted to make sure it was possible for these features to be active on any alarm. Like passenger unlock and hatch release, also the alarm people said I would have to pay more for Hood pin but I thought this alarm had that as a feature. If I could get any help I feel like I'm getting the screwed.

I don't think you can get trunk release on any Scion. The shocks are strong enough and the latch doesn't release like a typical trunk.

The passenger lock should work regardless...it came with car. They should have that activated with the alarm.

It is possible man, All you got to do is check the manual for programming instructions. They probably did not program it correctly or at all. If not go into the manual which shows you how to get into each menu. This is usually done by putting the key in the ignition with the door open and in the ACC position. Then turn off, then hold the little black button installed somewhere under the dash until you activate the menu. Then go from there, it is tricky at first without a bitwriter but you can do it. I do it all the time on my alarm to enable or disable features.
