Amp controller question
I have a amp. Its a sony amp...no bashing yet.
I dont mind it, its not bad for the price, pretty good actually. I had 2 12" hooked up to it, and she pounded them pretty good.
I just got my scion, and I love the stock speaker system. I love the headunit, and I just love it all. First pioneer I fell in love with.
Now, I dont want to get rid of the stock headunit, but I also want a sub in the back. I read somewhere that you dont need RCA cables if you have speaker-level input plug on your amp. I have that on my amp.
Now, my amp dosent have a remote bass boost. I would need to install some kinda switch in between some wires so that i can control how much the bass hits.
Is there anything I can install?

1. you can wire the amp to get signal with the speaker level plug but then you have to run two sets of speaker wire to get the signal..
2. i remember back in the day there used to be a gangster dial that would go inline with your rca's as a remote gain control... but i havent seen them in ages...
the best thing pretty much is the bass on the deck...
