i have a 4 channel amp, whats a good quality installation kit to buy..thats if theres such a thing available

 

whats it powering...sub, components, both? Some of the best/cleanest wires out are Knu Konceptz Wires

 

its powering a sub, front door panel components, and rear 2 - way coaxials

 

they have so many how will i know which one is for me

 

how do you power all that with a 4ch amp? 5ch yea but not 4ch. IMO i would leave the rear speaker stock. Save time, hassel, and power for the fronts.

 

the sub is the scion vse bazooka, which is self amplified

 

chunk the sub and get a real sub!

 

if you use a 4 ch. amp to power all that there are going to be a few problems. one is that the amp will not power a frequency low enough for the subs to actually work like they are suppose to. also the speakers will draw too much current and the amp could over heat motor boat and fail. get a four ch. and a mono amp, use a fused distribution block and you will be golden. you could use rockford fosgate wire at best buy and buy a dual amp kit, or you could spend some more money and buy jl audio wiring. but please stay away from the scosche wal-mart stuff. they will melt and catch on fire. i have seen it quite a few times when working.

 

i was wondering since i have the scion vse bazooka sub, which is self amplified and already has a nice custom box...can this self amp be guttet out fit with a better 10" sub then wired to the amp

 

if I remember right someone did that and i don't think it needed any modification. search and i'm sure you'll find it. i also remember that on one box cracked?
