Default bad pac swi jack?

i think i have a bad swi jack?

everything connected and installed as instructed.

when i program it, vol down doesn't work. all the buttons work except vol down. (during programing, i even used MODE for vol down and it worked fine)

so i thought maybe the vol down button is broken? connected the stock one in, works like a charm.

so i think the swi jack interface is broken? just got it on ebay, what should i do?

yup, it came with a bunch of different ohms, i used the 150.

what im confused about is, all the other buttons work for whichever function i make it, except vol. down

anybody know? my dad is blaming the pac swi jack

all they have is an email for support, i guess i'll shoot them one. but anybody have this problem?

reprogrammed it like 10x. Vol. down just won't send a signal .

i've programed all the other buttons to anything, source, seek up, seek down, mute etc... just seems the unit doens't respond to vol. down.
