you need to take apart the steering wheel..
two T30 torx bits... move airbag... then a phillips head screwdriver... and wire cutter to snip the zip tie.
you know there's a tech article on it right?

around the backside of the steering wheel... there's 2 holes. one ont eh left, and one on the right. inside there's a t30 torx head screw. loosen these 2 bolts.
once loosened, pull the airbag/horn assembly towards you gently and let it rest.
a phillips head screw will no be exposed, 1 for each steering wheel piece. remove the screw and now you can pull the piece towards you and remove it from the steering wheel.
check the tech section for the steering wheel led swap DIY. it has those same directions + pictures.
