Default Brake light indicator

This has been happening for a while now and I want to know if it has happened to anyone else, and how to fix it maybe.
Whenever I accelerate, up through 4th gear, the E brake light comes on.
Does anyone know why?

^^ What he said! If the fluid is in-fact low, the next step is figuring out where it went. Check your brake pads first. If the pads are wearing thin the caliper's piston requires a higher displacement of fluid to make the brake pads contact the rotor, thus utilizing more fluid from the reservoir.

Okay, but it's not like a constant light it only comes on when I'm accelerating and it goes off when I get to a constant speed.
The light telling me my brake is on shouldn't be lighting up even of the fluid is low
