I went to put in blinking brake lights, big mistake they blew my fuse and like an idiot I put a bigger one in and melted my sockets and melted the wires I've put in new harnesses and only the driving lights work, what is wrong?? I've tried for about 2 weeks to fix it. Could it be my brake light switch??

 

Your wiring is burnt out. Your have to trace out your wiring and find the break in it.
NEVER put in a bigger size fuse.
And led bulbs normally blow the fuse because there wired wrong and push power to ground whe you break or put park lights on.
