buying a stock head unit

Im selling my pioneer nav unit in favor of the stock setup. the nav unit is currently wired to work with the steering wheel controls. What am i going to need to revert back to the pioneer premium unit?(the one with the live background) Will this be simple or not worth the trouble?

forgot to mention its a 09 5.0 tc
