Lightbulb Can a Scion tC work well with a Radio unit that has Car Play?

Hey everyone, the name is Ouzi. I hopped on this forum to learn more about what I can do with my Scion tC. I am currently a college student and am new to the car scene.
I decided to use my 4spd auto 06' Scion tC as a learning platform for learning more about cars. The car is currently stock with the addition of a Spec D Exhaust unit.
I'm looking forward to the words of wisdom from the community lol. Sorry if I'm being so nooby!

Another question would be, can a Scion tC work well with a Radio unit that has Car Play?

A Head Unit with Car Play should work as long as you have it wired correctly, you just need to get the correct harness adapter and mounting kit and then splice it to whichever radio you choose.
A good website to check out is Crutchfield if you want to look at different Head Units. I don't use my radio that much so I just found a "mint" premium upgraded stock Head Unit that had the iPod
connection (As I still have a 3rd Gen Nano iPod) and installed it.

+1 for Crutchfield, if you are not familiar with installing Audio they will provide all the adapters, wiring harness, mounting hardware, etc. with detailed instructions for basically no additional cost.
None of it is absolutely necessary, but it saves a ton of time. A wireless Car Play Head Unit is much more expensive than a wired Car Play Head Unit, so keep that in mind.

Appreciate the help y'all. I ended up adding the Boss Brand to my cart along with the kits needed for the installation. They also offered to do the wiring for the harness so that would make it 10x easier to just install it. I'll let you know how it all goes.
