Default Center Console help

hi. couple months ago i had a febreeze air conditioner it spilled over my center console on the vent and on some of the cover for the stock deck. i thought that it would be okay if i left it there until i got off work. when i got back i brought rubbing alcohol and it wouldnt come off . does anyone know how i can like rub it off or anything i can do to take it off..

if not is anyone selling a 08 scion tc center console

try that goo b gone stuff.....it seems to work on every thing lol
last time i left something on my dash and it exploded with the heat it was not fun taking it off...the goo b gone helped.

yea i tried that already no luck... i tried other stuff too was thinking about acetone but i think its going to mess up the plastic....

this would be a good time too sand it and color match the center console to your car.

If you don't want to paint it, these are for sale all the time on ebay - search for 'scion tc climate', there are a bunch. Some include the radio door and the hvac unit, some don't.
The plastic itself is interchangeable for all years, but you would need to swap the hvac unit if you got one from an 05/06.
Buy one of those, and sell yours to somebody on here who is looking for one to paint, so you get some of your money back.

most liquid air fresheners will eat away at plastic...
(freshener... not conditioner..)

so.. it's probably ruined..

time to paint!

hmms good idea to paint i was thinking wrapping it in carbon fiber....... but pretty expensive.. if i was to paint what kind of paint would you guys recommend and what color any recommendations? my car is a 08 scion tc pearl sand black not sure if different color cars come in different interior colors my console is silver//black i like the glossy black on black or black on white any suggestions?
