I was thinking about changing the steering wheel logo to a toyota logo (just preferance) And I was looking around for ways to acomplish this. The first way is to change the whole steering wheel to this - http://www.newtoyotaparts.com/product/?id=1257 - this is exactly what iam looking but wayy too expensive for a simple logo change. So I was thinking maybe I could replace just the horn cover or just the logo. Is this possible? Could I get a toyota steering wheel horn cover to fit on ours? or could I just pop off the scion logo and put a toyota logo on there? Would that even fit cleanly?

 

the problem with this mod is i dont know if the cover is a permanent part of the airbag. ive notice the yaris and some toyota sharing the same three spoke design.

you cant just pop off the logo because scion logo on it is oblong while the toyota looks more of a circle

 

yeah I checked it out today just changing out the logo is out of the question it wouldnt fit there, I guess it leaves the cover and or the most expensive part the whole wheel i really want to avoid that though.

Well what Iam going to try and do is go to a junk yard take the horn cover off of some corollo or camry or any car sharing the three spokes design from toyota and see if itll fit. Ill post pics if it comes out successfully.
