Hey, I own a 05 Scion tC without the iPod ready crap.

Was wondering whats a cheap deck with iPod ready? Under 150$ishh??

Will charge and possibility to control through head unit (this one not really that important)

Also, what else is needed to hook it up because I'm looking to do this myself.
Don't know much around this area!

im a fan of alpine decks so im recommending them, i also think they're alot more user friendly than kenwood, pioneer or eclipse. these are good quality with iPod ready, the iPod plug is only $30

there's a couple more above the $150 mark but these are pretty good for radio/cd/ipod.

check it out get something decent save ur money so u dont have to buy another after the "cheap" one fails u

 

in all honsety i get really ____ed off by having to control it through the head unit. but it is cool that you can and that it charges your pod.

 

Also try SonicElectronix.com for some of the Pioneer stuff. Spend a bit more and get a bluetooth capable unit.
