Default Circuit City sucks

i bought polk speakers from them and the installation was around 70 i figured they would do a really good job for that price. When they called me to come pick up my car they ask me if my windows were working i was like what the ____ r u talking about.Come to find out i couldnt open my right window with the drivers side control, and i had to hold the switch to fully open or close the window. Now i have to go to the dealership and get it fixed. This is so ____ed up. What should i do i need some advise thanks.

you need to reset your windows man....

search, or read the manual... or click here:
http://home.cfl.rr.com/icdedppl/faq.html

they didn't do anything wrong.. just disconnected the battery... that's all.

yeah.. i'll say they're dumb for not knowing how to reset your windows... and the fact that was needed...

but then not knowing that you needed to doesn't seem to be favoring your position either.

every new car comes with an owner's manual... read it... read it twice... look through it... it has a wealth of info right there... that would answer most questions.

glad YOU know what you're doing. However, most do not know what they're doing and hence the reputation of BB and CC.

Don't forget to reset the sunroof by pressing and holding it closed for 5 or so seconds until you hear the sunroof motor noise.

The local CC around here knows what they are doing. I know this because i know just about everyone in the roadshop.

Every place is different, and if BB or CC messes up the car, bring it back to them, they will tell you to take it to the dealership and have whatever fixed at their expensive. Of course this is a hassle, but at least you are fully covered.
