Wow people whining about $30 to do the needles right. That is $7.50ea to take them apart, clean all the paint in a way that will keep the new paint from peeling off, re-paint them perfectly and put them back as good as oem with no worry about damaging them.

I am happy to charge $10 for all 4 if you would like them half arsed like a lot of them are done / not take them apart and leave ugly orange still showing through hahaha. Some people are to much.

Drive to walmart $2 in gas
paint $1-2
Detail brush $1-2
Blade to rough slightly rough up surface $0.25
Cleaning supplies to make them crystal clear before painting / clean edges to oem quality $1.50 bottle
Then hope to heck you do not goof them up like so many have and then beg me to fix them for you or sell you a set.

Total $3.75 - $5.75 for a DIY guy or pay $25 more to have them done by a person that has done 75-80+ sets.

Total time to do the needles RIGHT approx 45m-1h including dry time. $30.00 from Garage

Total time spent for the DIY to go get all the crap needed & then finish the project.. Approx 2 hours

Total time spent & money spent for many that thought they could and screwed things up 1/2 way though the process?
$60-$100 for a junkyard cluster for needles alone.

There is definitly a time and place for DIY and a ton of good DIY people, but for every guy that finished the work correctly, I have 2-3 that really screw things up or get into these projects way over there head. My prices are very fair for the work involved and all my prices include priority mail return shipping.

Shame on me for the horrible price *LOL*

For that guy that wants to jump into DIY land, I have a ton of nice reference material made up for you all

$30 is a little steep, but it is cheap insurance for sure! If I was not competent enough to do the needles, $30 is better than $130 trying to find a cluster of a junked tC
