let me be clear, i know its unsafe to mess with ur ipod/nav/movies while driving.

but i got a d3, and as you know the video has to be controlled on the ipod. This makes flipping though music videos/comedy shows/etc... pretty difficult. I would just want to "select the next video" easily without opening the center console/etc...


so just wondering, has anyone come up with ways to dock the ipod in a convenient spot so the ipod is held up/facing you, so you can easily select a new video? They make adjustable docks that plug into a cigarette lighter, but i don't want it to connect through the ipod plug cause my cable will be connecting to it.


worst case scenario, i'm thinking about sticking some velcro on a part of my waterfall and having the ipod stick on. but would much rather not.

anyway, needing ideas, show off ur stuff if there's any out there!

 

scion gives u an ipod cup holder thingy...

 

yeah i've seen that before. it works sorta...but looking for other options. plus....there's times i use both cupholders =)
