Custom Shift Knob airbrush work?
I was wondering if i bought a normal billiard ball type shift **** all black could i have someone airbrush a design on it and then clear coat / gloss it over without it getting rid of the airbrushing? I want to have i C e M a N airbrushed on it in cool blue and such but dunno if it would work please lemme know if u think so or if u know somewhere i can get a custom shift ****.
airbrushing a round surface might be a bit hard..
but,
get the shift **** and using this practice
white layer
white layer
black layer
airbrush
clearcoat
sand down with fine sand paper
clearcoat
sand down with very very fine sand paper
clearcoat
sand down with very very very fine sand paper
clearcoat
andddd just because you already did it fify million times.
clearcoat
it's......extra work, and you can omit about.....just about all the steps that are repeated and do them all once, but it won't look as good as if you do what i listed.
